Actress Natasha Lyonne has sold her studio penthouse co-op unit in Manhattan's Gramercy Towers building for $486,000.

The New York Post's fine celebrity real estate columnist Braden Keil wrote about Lyonne's sale on Thursday, but he reported that Lyonne's sale price was $440,000. Actually, public records filed late on Friday, however, state that Lyonne fetched $486,000 for the unit, which is at 200 E. 16th Street in Manhattan's Gramercy Park area.

Features in the 20th-floor unit, which had been on the market for $445,000, include a beamed ceiling, a windowed kitchen, open views, hardwood floors, a 42-foot wraparound terrace, and a decent amount of closet space, according to listing information. The building at 200 E. 16th Street was built in 1932.

Lyonne went to contract to sell her unit on August 26, and the deal closed on December 10, according to StreetEasy. The recording instrument was prepared on December 5 and as we noted above, the transaction was recorded with the city on December 12, according to public records. The buyer, an interior designer, is not a celebrity.

Lyonne now is renting in the East Village, Keil reported.
