Actress Milla Jovovich has placed her four-bedroom, 3,582-square-foot house in the Beverly Hills, Calif. postal area (also known as the BH PO) on the market for $3,299,000.
In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on the listing of Jovovich's longtime French Country-style home, which is at the end of a cul-de-sac on a flag-shaped lot. The house came on the market a little over a week ago.
Built in 1975, Jovovich's house has four baths, high ceilings, hardwood and stone floors, a formal dining room, an all-glass rear of the house, and a grand master suite with a sitting room and an "Old Hollywood"-style dual bathroom with immense walk-in closets, according to public records and listing information. Outdoor features on the 1.18-acre (51,229-square-foot) lot include mature, lit trees, and a clover-shaped pool and spa, according to public records and listing information.
The Ukraine-born Jovovich purchased the house in late 2001 through a trust for an undisclosed price, according to public records. The money manager whose name is on her property deed, Barry Greenfield, has represented scads of celebrities in their real estate purchases over the years, including Hilary Swank, Jason Priestley, and Ivan Sergei.
Jovovich has owned many different L.A.-area houses over the years. These include:
