Actress Michelle Forbes has placed her three-bedroom house in Los Angeles’ Hollywood Hills on the market for $1,150,000. In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on Forbes’ listing of her 2,124-square-foot house, which came on the market on July 7. Located in the Hollywood Dell area of the Hollywood Hills, Forbes’ house, at 6414 Deep Dell Place, has two and a half baths and a bonus room. Built in 1965, the “loft like” house also has wood-beamed vaulted ceilings both in the master suite (which has walls of glass windows) and in the living room (which has a fireplace), according to public records and listing information. Other features include mid-century detailing in the kitchen and baths, and bamboo floors throughout, according to listing information. The house sits on a minuscule, 0.10-acre (4,530-square-foot) lot. Forbes, 43, only purchased the house last summer, for $1,199,000, according to public records. We had known about Forbes’ purchase of the house at that time, and always had intended to write about her purchase, but we never had been able to confirm at that time that the Michelle Forbes who was the buyer of the Deep Dell Place house was indeed *the* same Michelle Forbes who has appeared in “Star Trek: The Next Generation,” “Homicide: Life on the Street,” “24,” “In Treatment,” “Battlestar Galactica,” “Lost,” and “Prison Break.” Now, however, with the house on the market, we’ve been able to make that confirmation, and better yet, we have photos to share with you as well. We’re not sure why Forbes is selling the house so soon after purchasing it. However, we can tell you that Forbes’ street has plenty of celebrity cachet to it – in the summer of 2006, actress Eva Longoria paid $3,600,000 for the five-bedroom, 8,603-square-foot house just six or seven lots west (and across the street), at 6457 Deep Dell Place, according to public records.
