'Gilmore Girls' actress Melissa McCarthy has sold her 1,284-square-foot house in West Hollywood, Calif. for $1,325,000.

In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on the sale of the house, at 617 Huntley Drive in West Hollywood, by McCarthy, 37.  Records show that on November 29, McCarthy closed on the sale of the house, with the deal being recorded on January 30.  The buyers, a married couple, are not celebrities.

McCarthy, who is a cousin of actress Jenny McCarthy, paid $1,234,000 in 2005 to purchase the Huntley Drive house, which was built in 1918 and which had been on the market for $1,515,000 and later for $1,450,000.  Features in the two-bedroom house include two baths, a light open floor plan, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, designer bathrooms, custom built-ins, a stone driveway and tropical landscaping, according to listing information.  The house sits on a 0.12-acre property, according to public records.

McCarthy sold the house because she and husband Ben Falcone, whom she wed in 2005, now own a 3,832-square-foot house in the Oaks area of Los Angeles' Los Feliz area that they purchased for $2,100,000 in June 2006, according to public records.
