Actress Loni Anderson has reduced the asking price of her Country French-style mansion in the Mulholland Estates area of Beverly Hills from $6,175,000 to $5,975,000.
Anderson, 60, purchased the five-bedroom, 6,911-square-foot mansion at 3355 Clerendon Road in 1994--shortly after then-husband Burt Reynolds filed for divorce--for $2,275,000, according to public records. Built in 1991, the mansion has six and a half baths, a two-story entry, a wood-paneled library, a large family room with a wet bar, and beveled French doors throughout the house, according to listing information. Other features include a master suite with a sitting area, dual bathrooms, a fireplace and a terrace. The house's kitchen has granite counters and a butler's pantry, while outside are an outdoor wet bar, a pool and a spa, on the three-quarter of an acre property, according to listing information. The house also has San Fernando Valley views, according to a Los Angeles Times article about the house in 1994.
Anderson first listed the house last July. It's not yet clear where she's moving.
