Actress Lindsay Lohan has sold her 2,117-square-foot unit in the 146-unit Sierra Towers building in Los Angeles' West Hollywood neighborhood for an undisclosed price but likely close to her $2,495,000 asking price, according to public records.
Lohan, 20, purchased the 27th-floor unit in the 32-story building at 9255 Doheny Drive in August 2005 for $1,975,000, according to public records. The unit has three bedrooms and two and a half baths, according to public records.
The Los Angeles Times will report tomorrow that Lohan had planned to remodel the unit but instead sold it as a fixer-upper.
A well-known denizen of Hollywood hotels, Lohan never actually moved into the unit, according to other news accounts.
The buyer of Lohan's unit, Lee McCamon, is not a celebrity. When public records disclose what Lohan's exact selling price was (which they eventually will), we'll report it here.
