Actress Linda Fiorentino has listed her luxury one-bedroom, 1-1/2 bath pied-a-terre on Manhattan’s Upper West Side for $1.225 million (NY Post). Fiorentino, 46, recently told the New York Post of a humorous story of stepping out of her shower and encountering 10 or so “wide-eyed tirekickers” who were attending an open house at her 18th-floor apartment, unbeknownst to her.
Fiorentino bought the 876-square-foot unit, at 144 Columbus Avenue and near Lincoln Center, in 1999 for $540,000, according to public records. Her primary residence is in Westport, Connecticut, where she bought her 1,991-square-foot house there—located on about a half-acre lot—in 1997 for $577,500, according to public records.
