Actress Kaley Cuoco has listed her three-bedroom, Spanish-style house in Los Angeles' Sherman Oaks area for $1,285,000.

On Sunday, the Los Angeles Times'Ruth Ryon will break the storyof Cuoco listing her 2,171-square-foot house at 4217 Noble Avenue in Sherman Oaks. Formerly on '8 Simple Rules' and now on 'The Big Bang Theory,' Cuoco, 21, is selling the house, Ryon reported, because she wants one with a yard that is bigger than the 0.24-acre property that she currently owns.

Somewhat surprisingly, the house is on the market for less than the amount that Cuoco paid for it. Records show that she purchased the house in August 2005 for $1,355,000.

Built in 1937, Cuoco's gated one-story house has a remodeled kitchen with Viking appliances and a breakfast room, a fireplace in the living room, rich distressed wood floors, central air conditioning, French doors opening to a covered patio, and two and three-quarters baths, according to listing information and the Times. Other features include recessed lights, and travertine and tumbled marble finishes, according to listing information. Outside are 'parklike grounds,' according to listing information.
