Actress Julie Bowen has placed a 3,570-square-foot house that she owns in Los Angeles' Studio City area on the market for $2,695,000.

We're a little late to the party on this one, but we wanted to write about this listing before it got too far out of date. Credit the Los Angeles Times' Ann Brenoff with breaking the story of Bowen's listing of the house, back on January 16. The house hit the MLS on January 15.

Built in 1959, Bowen's four-bedroom house is owned in the name of a trust with a fairly boring name. The money manager whose name is on the trust, Bruce Lagnese, is the same money manager whose name appears on all of actress Jennifer Aniston's properties. Features in the house include three and a half baths, a gourmet kitchen opening to a great room, high-beamed ceilings, walls of glass, stone floors, and a media/family room, according to listing information. Features on the 0.71-acre (30,719-square-foot) property include a pool, canyon views, and a two-story guesthouse with another three bedrooms and one and a half baths, according to public records and listing information.

Records show that Bowen purchased the house in 2004 for $1,875,000.

Bowen is selling the house because she paid $2,750,000 in late 2007 to purchase another, 3,475-square-foot house on nearly an acre in Studio City, according to public records.

Flat fee mls is the way to go if you need to sell without paying a commission.
