Actress Joely Fisher has listed her one-story, Zen-Craftsman-style house in the Encino area of Los Angeles for $4,750,000.

First off, kudos to the Real Estalker for breaking the story yesterday on Fisher's listing. Fisher, 39, has quite the Hollywood pedigree, being the daughter of singers Eddie Fisher and Connie Stevens. She's currently married to cinematographer Christopher Duddy, although only Joely and her mother put their names on this house when they purchased it in October 2005 for $3,350,000, according to public records.

Now, they've listed the four-bedroom, 3,477-square-foot house at 16461 Garvin Drive in Encino, which was built in 1955 and which sits on a 0.71-acre parcel, according to public records. Features in Fisher's house include a living room with a wood-beamed ceiling and stone floors, a kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a pantry, and a master suite with a walk-in closet, bath with a steam shower, spa tub and views of the house's meditation garden, according to listing information. Other features include two guest quarters, a home theater with THX sound, a saline pool, an authentic cabana from India, a gated motor court and an outdoor fire pit, according to listing information.

Check out the online listing sheet for the house--complete with plenty of photos--here.

Fisher's house is just a few blocks from several other well-known celebrity residences, including the seven-bedroom, 9,936-square-foot house at 4322 Hayvenhurst Avenue that singer Macy Gray sold in December for $4,750,000, and the musical Jackson family's longtime 10,476-square-foot compound at 4641 Hayvenhurst Avenue.

We'll keep you posted on when Fisher's house sells (and for how much), and also on where Fisher and Duddy wind up.
