Actress Jennifer Finnigan, who starred on the recently cancelled CBS drama “Close to Home,” has sold her 3,345-square-foot house in Los Angeles’ Hollywood Hills for $1,399,000.

In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on Finnigan’s sale of the house at 8155 Willow Glen Road in Laurel Canyon, which was brought about by her marriage on June 7 to actor Jonathan Silverman and, we presume, her subsequent move to his digs.

The Canadian-born Finnigan, 27, paid $1,035,000 in 2004—while she was still a cast member of the soap opera “The Bold and the Beautiful”—for the three-bedroom house on Willow Glen Road, according to public records. Built in 1986, the house has four baths and sits on a 0.17-acre lot, according to public records.

Unfortunately, no listing information was available online, so we don’t have more details on Finnigan’s house, nor a photo of it. Public records show that the sale of the Willow Glen Road house closed on March 22 but wasn’t recorded until June 14. The buyer works in publicity for New Line Cinema.

Meanwhile, Silverman, 40, long has owned a four-bedroom, 3,883-square-foot house on Mountain Oak Drive in the Oaks neighborhood of Los Angeles’ Los Feliz neighborhood. Records show that he purchased that house in 1993.

Finnigan previously had owned a condo at 1110 Hacienda Place in West Hollywood that she had purchased in 2002 for $295,000 and sold in 2004 for $460,000, according to public records.
