Actress Amy Yasbeck, who is the widow of actor John Ritter, has a four-bedroom house in Los Angeles' Hollywood Hills on the market for $2,495,000.
In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on Yasbeck's listing of the 5,974-square-foot house at 8115 Mulholland Terrace in the Hollywood Hills, which has been on the market for the last few months. Yasbeck, 46, does not appear to use the house as her primary residence; she continues to own and, we presume, occupy the 5,816-square-foot Benedict Canyon house that she and Ritter shared (and that Ritter purchased in 1997 -- just two years before they were married).
Yasbeck purchased the house on Mulholland Terrace in late 2006 for an undisclosed amount, and then transferred its ownership into the name of her Aldine Drive LLC company. If we were to guess, we'd say that Yasbeck bought this house with an eye toward rehabbing it, but later changed her mind.
Built in 1950 and situated on a gated 0.77-acre (33,729-square-foot) lot that is just north of Mulholland Drive and just northwest of the corner of Mulholland Drive and Laurel Canyon Boulevard, the house that Yasbeck is selling has three and a half baths and a bonus room, according to public records and listing information. Features on the property include a guest house, a pool and views, according to listing information.
