Actor/writer/director John Stockwell has sold his five-bedroom, 5,043-square-foot house in Los Angeles’ Hancock Park neighborhood for $3,550,000.
In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report that Stockwell, 46, sold the house at 344 S. Rossmore Avenue in Hancock Park on May 1 for $3,550,000. The sale was recorded on June 7, according to public records.
Stockwell purchased the Rossmore Avenue house in January 1995 for $550,000, according to public records. He also has owned several other L.A.-area properties over the years, including a multifamily dwelling at 1956-1962 Cheremoya Avenue in Los Angeles’ Los Feliz neighborhood that he sold in 1999 for $325,000, and a house at 1237 Greenacre Avenue in West Hollywood that he sold in 1998 for $315,000, according to public records.
