Actor Tom Bosley, who played Howard Cunningham on TV's long-running 'Happy Days' sitcom, has listed his 3,772-square-foot English Country-style house in the hills above Beverly Hills, Calif. for $2,950,000.

Props to the Real Estalker for breaking the story on Wednesday of Bosley, 79, listing the house at 2822 Royston Place in the Beverly Hills post office. Records show that Bosley, who's also been a TV pitchman for Glad trash bags, has owned the four-bedroom house, which is in the Beverly Hills postal region, since 1981.

Features in the house include five baths, high ceilings, hardwood floors, an outdoor veranda and a pool, according to listing information.

Bosley thinned out his real-estate portfolio over the last few years. In 2003, he sold a place at 35 Duke Drive in Rancho Mirage, Calif. for $350,000, and he and the missus sold a condo unit at 2544 Navarra Drive in Carlsbad, Calif. in 1998 for $125,000, according to public records. We'll keep you posted if we learn where Bosley intends to move.
