Actor Stacy Keach has listed a five-bedroom house in Calabasas, Calif. that he owns for $2,295,000, just over a year after purchasing the house for $1,690,000.

First off, kudos to the Real Estalker for breaking the story of Keach, 66, listing his 4,176-square-foot house in Calabasas, so soon after he bought it. Built in 1988, the house, at 4501 Park Marbella in Calabasas, was remodeled by Keach in 2007, according to public records and listing information. Features in the house include five baths, an open floor plan, new bamboo floors, new windows, French doors, new countertops and appliances throughout and a three-car garage, according to listing information. Outside is a landscaped front and back yard, all on a 0.55-acre parcel, according to public records and listing information.

As the Real Estalker well documented back in March, Keach in early 2004 sold his longtime (almost 25 years; he bought the house in July 1979 and sold it to his brother in January 2004) house on 6.08 acres at 27525 Winding Way in nearby Malibu, Calif. for $3,850,000 to his director-producer brother, James, and his sister-in-law, actress Jane Seymour. Now, James Keach and Jane Seymour have the seven-bedroom, 8,435-square-foot house on Winding Way on the market for $11,995,000 after previously having listed it for $12,995,000.

The Keach brothers have owned plenty of other real estate around the L.A. area over the years, but the properties are probably too numerous to mention here. They include properties in Sherman Oaks, Valley Village, North Hollywood, and Beverly Hills.
