Dreyfuss has owned plenty of other real estate in the past. And, in 1995, Dreyfuss also had sold an 8,172-square-foot house at 2809 Nichols Canyon Road in Los Angeles' Hollywood Hills for $2,700,000 to actor Kevin Costner's Nichols Canyon Family Trust – a house that the ubiquitous Ryan Seacrest then purchased from Costner in early 2006 through his Marie Trust for $11,500,000, according to public records.
