In an update, actor Noah Wyle has sold his 5,149-square-foot house in Los Angeles’ Los Feliz area for $4,225,000.
Now, Big Time Listings can exclusively report that the onetime “ER” mainstay sold the house to a non-celebrity couple for $170,000 below the asking price. The Times had reported that Wyle sold the house, which he bought in 2003 through his Arthur Hesbry Trust for $2,512,500 because he and his wife wanted to spend more time at their 45-acre ranch at 3065 Long Canyon Road in Santa Ynez, Calif.
The house Wyle sold is behind gates and has five baths, a new media screening theater, a “sun-drenched living room,” a detached guesthouse/office and a landscaped yard with city views, a pool, a koi pond and a fire pit, according to listing information and the Times. The house sits on just over a half-acre and was built in 1934 and designed by well-known architect Paul Williams.
