Actor Nicholas Turturro has his five-bedroom house in Los Angeles' Tarzana area on the market for $1,250,000.
This is an item we've been meaning to get to for the last few weeks, and a generally slow weekend has afforded us the opportunity to finally take a closer look at it. Credit our friends over at the Real Estalker for breaking the story back on January 15 of Turturro's listing of the house, which actually first came on the market back on November 5.

Built in 1956, Turturro's house has been updated and has three baths, hardwood floors, a living room with a fireplace, an oversized family room, and a chef's kitchen with side-by-side Sub-Zero refrigerators, an attached breakfast room and lots of storage, according to public records and listing information. Outdoor features on the 0.56-acre (24,320-square-foot), gated property include park-like grounds, a sport court and an entertainer's patio, according to public records and listing information.
Records show that Turturro (pictured here with wife Lissa Espinosa) purchased the house in early 2003 either for $774,545 or for $775,000, depending upon which public-records database one consults.
We have no idea where Turturro is going, but we will of course keep you posted on the status of his house as well as on his future whereabouts. Stay tuned.
