Actor Matthew Perry has paid $883,000 for a 1,701-square-foot house in Los Angeles’ Studio City area.  In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on what is just the latest in a seemingly endless series of real-estate transactions involving Perry. Records show that on June 5, Perry’s trust closed on the house on July 3.  Obviously, this won’t be Perry’s principal residence. Built in 1950, the three-bedroom house had been on the market for $899,900, according to public records and listing information. Features in the house, which is south of Ventura Boulevard and not far from actor George Clooney’s house, include a large kitchen with a breakfast area and Italian tile floors, according to listing information. The house sits on a 0.17-acre lot, according to public records. Other features include hardwood floors, a pool with newer plaster, a newer water heater and a circular driveway, according to listing information.
