Actor Harrison Ford has quietly sold a two-bedroom condominium unit that he owns in Santa Monica, Calif., for $3.37 million, according to public records. In a Big Times Listings exclusive that has not been reported anywhere else, we have learned that Ford, 64, sold the 1,906-square-foot condo at in the El Tovar by the Sea building at 603 Ocean Avenue, which overlooks the Pacific Ocean, after having listed it for $3.395 million. See here for a look at what the building looks like. It’s unclear whether Ford ever spent much time in the condo, which he had owned since 1991, according to public records. The actor is widely known for owning a ranch in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, and a penthouse loft in the City Prairie building in New York City’s Chelsea neighborhood. He bought that 5,664-square-foot loft, at 206 W 17th St., in late 2001 for close to its $6.25 million asking price. Ford also owns two houses in the Los Angeles area. One is a four-bedroom, 6,844-square-foot house at 655 Macculloch Drive in the Hollywood Hills, which was built in 1951, and the other is a three-bedroom, 1,855-square-foot house at 2301 Malcolm Avenue in the Cheviot Hills area, which was built in 1930, according to public records.
