Actor Grant Show has listed his three-bedroom, 3,483-square-foot house in the Beachwood Canyon area of Los Angeles' Hollywood Hills for $1,995,000.

Our friends over at the Real Estalker broke the story yesterday of the former 'Melrose Place' actor's listing of his longtime house, at 2318 Hollyridge Drive in the Beachwood Canyon area of the Hollywood Hills. Built in 1927 and situated on nearly a quarter-acre, the Spanish-style house has two and a half baths, a den, 20-foot ceilings, wrought iron accents, wood floors and walls of windows, according to listing information. The house also has a gourmet kitchen, a spa-like master bath, balconies and bonus spaces, according to listing information.

Records show that Show paid $560,000 in October 1997 for the house, which is virtually across the street from the former Chuck Berry mansion that actor Danny Masterson purchased last year for $2,995,000, as we had first reported on June 18.

This isn't Show's only recent real estate transaction. The recently married actor also, with a man named George Hull, sold a three-bedroom, 1,656-square-foot house at 937 S. Tremaine Avenue in Los Angeles in January 2007 for $850,000, according to public records.
