Actor Dennis Franz has listed his 2,274-square-foot town house at 2300 Century Hl in Los Angeles' Century City area for $1,395,000, according to listing information.

Franz, 62, also has houses in other areas of the country, including property he recently moved to in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, as well as a multimillion-dollar house at 240 Miramar Lane in Santa Barbara, which he purchased for an undisclosed amount in 1996, according to public records and the Los Angeles Times. The spread in Coeur d'Alene has 400 feet of waterfront on Lake Coeur d'Alene, and has been assessed by local officials at $5.1 million, according to a September 2006 Associated Press dispatch. Franz had challenged that assessment, arguing that his land was worth just $3.2 million.

Now, Franz is trying to sell his two-bedroom town house in Century City, which he purchased in 2003 for $715,000, according to public records. The town house has two and a half baths and was built in 1980, according to public records and listing information. Franz's listing agent held an open house for the town house earlier this month.

Other features in the town house, which the Los Angeles Times will write about in tomorrow's paper, include a master bedroom suite with a sitting area, a living room with a fireplace, and a three-car garage, according to the Times' story on it.
