Actor D.W. Moffett has placed his three-bedroom, 2,506-square-foot house in Los Angeles' Hollywood Hills on the market for $1,895,000.
In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on the "Life Is Wild's" actor's house in the Hills, which hit the market on Monday, April 6.

Built in 1926, Moffett's house has three baths; a family den with a fireplace and bath; an office with a bath that could be a guest-suite or a maid's quarters with a separate entrance; a formal dining room; a formal living room; a vintage-style kitchen; tile baths with pedestal sinks and separate walk-in showers and tubs; wood floors and wood-burning fireplaces in the living room and den; wrought iron fixtures; coved archways; and wood-beamed ceilings, according to public records and listing information.
We have no idea why Moffett (pictured in the center here, with an executive producer on the left and actress Amber Heard on the right), 54, has his place on the market.
