Actor Chris Parnell has sold his one-bedroom condominium unit in Manhattan's SoHo area for $1,800,000.

The New York Post's fine celebrity real estate columnist Braden Keil today broke the story of Parnell's sale of his unit in the building at 90 Prince Street in SoHo. Records show that Parnell, who left "Saturday Night Live" last year and now is acting in sitcoms and movies in Hollywood, went to contract to sell the unit on August 6, and that the deal closed on November 20. The sale was recorded on Tuesday.

The unit's square footage is a bit unclear. Public records state that it contains 1,200 square feet, while listing information reports that the unit measures 1,400 square feet. In any case, Parnell's former unit has 11-foot ceilings, a Lutron wireless shade (solar and blackout) and lighting system, low-toxin paint, five sliding solid wood framed frosted glass doors, custom shelving and cabinetry throughout, a large walk-in closet, hardwood floors, one and a half baths, an office area and a chef's kitchen with a professional Viking stove, a Bosch dishwasher, a GE Profile refrigerator and a washer/dryer, according to listing information. Parnell, 40, paid $1,250,000 for the unit in late 2004, according to public records.
