Actors Chad Michael Murray and Sophia Bush, who both appear on the CW's 'One Tree Hill' and who divorced last year after a very brief marriage, are selling their marital home in Wilmington, North Carolina, where the show is filmed, for $860,000.
As always, kudos to the Real Estalker for first writing about the couple's listing on Sunday.

Back in 2004--and before the couple tied the knot--Murray, 25, and Bush, 24, paid $573,500 for the five-bedroom, 4,105-square-foot house at 713 Windswept Place in Wilmington, according to public records. Built in 1994, the 12-room house has four full baths, one half bath, a living room, a formal dining room, a breakfast room, a library/study, a playroom, a two-car garage and a deck, according to listing information. The house sits on a 0.52-acre parcel at the end of a cul-de-sac, and has a screened porch and an ornamental fence, according to listing information. In addition, Murray and Bush appear to have left behind a flat screen TV for the buyer, according to listing information.

The house is in Wilmington's Landfall subdivision, which records show has attracted other 'One Tree Hill' talent as well. James Lafferty, who plays Nathan Scott on the show, paid $445,000 in mid-2004 for a four-bedroom, 2,439-square-foot house in the same subdivision--and about 10 blocks away--that was built in 2003, according to public records.

It's unclear where Bush has moved, although we'll keep you posted once we find out. Murray already has gotten engaged to another 'One Tree Hill' cast member (an extra who was on the show while she was still in high school!). He reportedly owns a house in Wilmington that he purchased in 2006, along with a 1,620-square-foot condominium unit at 5327 Coldwater Canyon Boulevard in Los Angeles' Sherman Oaks area that he purchased back in 2002 for $330,000, according to public records.
