	There are national companies that offer flat fee mls services. One of the problems is that they will take your money before you get to talk to the local broker listing your property much less really evaluate what they are offering and the terms and conditions of the listing.

No back end commission
	Many flat fee brokers charge a low up front fee and then tack on a percentage commission on the back end. We do not. There is no back end percentage commission to Berg Properties with our Flat fee MLS listings.
