Always ask for feedback. You will not always get it and it will not all be positive. Do not take feedback personally. You need showing feedback in order to evaluate what actions you may need to take in order to get your home sold.
   
 
For instance, if you get feedback from more than one source that your price is too high compared with other properties in the area, it may be time to re-evaluate your price. Tour the competition's homes. Get listings for comparilble homes that have sold in the area. Ask other buyers and realtors point blank how your home stacks up with others in the neighborhood regarding price. Take all the information in and evalute it to determine whether a price change is needed.
