You can save thousands

requests for information, and
show the home.

listing on the MLS is putting
the 50,000+ real estate agents
in northern Illinois to work
for you. You can post to the
MLS what you are willing to
pay a buyer’s broker.
We recommend you offer a 2.5%
commission to any broker who
brings in a buyer for your home.
If the buyer is not associated
with a real estate agent then
there is no commission to be
paid.

fill out a property profile
and a listing agreement. Instructions
will be given on where to email
us photos of your home. Feel
free to call us at 708-434-1165
with any questions. We can get
your property listed on the
MLS within 24 hours and usually
the same day. Once listed on
the MLS agents will call you
directly to set up showings.
Once your listing is active
your property information will
get pulled to other major websites
within 1-5 days. You can cancel
your listing at any time with
no obligation or cost. |
