Actor Wilmer Valderrama has unloaded one of his many properties in Los Angeles’ San Fernando Valley for $1,750,000 after it had been listed for $2,250,000 and later reduced to $1,950,000. In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on Valderrama’s sale of a five-bedroom, 4,822-square-foot house that he owned at 5441 Calvin Avenue in Los Angeles’ Tarzana area. Records show that Valderrama (pictured here, with his ‘friend’ Mandy Moore) sold the house on December 12, with the deal not being recorded until January 17. The buyers are not celebrities.

We wrote back on July 1 about Valderrama’s listing of the Calvin Avenue house, and also provided a list of the other L.A.-area properties that Valderrama has owned. his principal residence clearly wasn’t this home; instead, it’s elsewhere in Tarzana, in the 5,039-square-foot house at 18800 Wells Drive, which he purchased in 2005 for $3,525,000, according to public records. Valderrama had purchased the Calvin Avenue house in February 2003 for $1,250,000, according to public records. As we exclusively had reported on November 29, Valderrama recently purchased a unit in the Broadway Hollywood building in Los Angeles’ Hollywood area.
