Which celebrity's house was this? House #26: 1840 Camino Palmero Street in Los Angeles' Hollywood area, which sold in April for an undisclosed price
Today’s installment of “Which celebrity’s house was this?” involves the 4,021-square-foot house at 1840 Camino Palmero Street in Los Angeles’ Hollywood area, which sold in April for an undisclosed price. The seller of the house was something called the Camino Palmero Trust, which means something because its trustee, Kevin Burke, has had his name on the deeds of plenty of celebrity-owned properties in recent years, as we have reported in the past. Most, but not all, of the celebrities that Burke has represented have happened to be in the music industry. Built in 1916, the five-bedroom house on Camino Palmero has five baths and sits on nearly a quarter-acre, according to public records. The Camino Palmero Trust purchased the house in mid-2005 for $3,950,000, according to public records. So, dear readers, tell us: who was the seller of this house? Was it a celebrity?
