Built in 1928, the three-bedroom, Spanish-style house, which is in the Moreno Highlands area of Silver Lake, has three baths, a den/family room, high ceilings, hardwood floors and a fireplace in the living room, according to listing information. Other features include a flexible floor plan, and a newer chef’s kitchen with a SubZero refrigerator, a Viking range, top-of-the-line appliances and a breakfast area, according to listing information.
