Today’s installment of ‘Which celebrity’s house is this’ is this two-story house in Los Angeles’ Silver Lake area, which sold in October for $1,300,000.

The seller of the house was not a celebrity, but the buyer likely is, being identified in public records as something called the Yellow Submarine Revocable Trust. The trustee’s name on the deed is Alex Kohner, who is an attorney who represents various people in the entertainment industry.
Built in 1928, the three-bedroom, Spanish-style house, which is in the Moreno Highlands area of Silver Lake, has three baths, a den/family room, high ceilings, hardwood floors and a fireplace in the living room, according to listing information. Other features include a flexible floor plan, and a newer chef’s kitchen with a SubZero refrigerator, a Viking range, top-of-the-line appliances and a breakfast area, according to listing information. Although public records show that the house measures 2,316 square feet, listing information states that the house measures 2,800 square feet.
The house had been listed for $1,295,000. The sale closed on October 2 and was recorded on November 5, according to public records.
