Which celebrity's house is this? House #21: 3809 Amesbury Road in Los Angeles' Los Feliz area, which sold in late September for exactly $2M
Today’s installment of ‘Which celebrity’s house is this?’ involves a four-bedroom house at 3809 Amesbury Road in Los Angeles’ Los Feliz area, which sold in late September for exactly $2,000,000.

On September 27, something called the Annas Bananas Trust purchased the house at 3809 Amesbury, with the deal being recorded on October 30. A trust name that is that whimsical can only belong to a celebrity, and besides, the house is in a celebrity-intensive area of Los Feliz, with Jason Lee living just west of there, Ali Landry owning some property there even having sold her nearby house on Holboro, and T.R. Knight having recently purchased a fixer-upper nearby, just to name a few.
On top of all of that, the money manager whose name is identified on the deed as being the trustee for the Annas Bananas Trust is a fellow named Jack Benadon. Who is Jack Benadon, you ask? He’s the money manager who has managed affairs for a variety of luminaries, including Howie Mandel. Benadon also manages the affairs for actress Katherine Heigl, whose house some blocks west of there we featured as ‘Which celebrity’s house is this?’ House #14, back on October 31. A hat tip to our friends over at the Real Estalker for several days later sussing out (as the Real Estalker’s Your Mama likes to say) that Heigl was the buyer, and therefore the owner of the ridiculously named Poozer Loser Trust (in which Heigl had purchased the Los Feliz house).
Now, we have another rhyming trust mystery on our hands, in the form of the Annas Bananas Trust. Could the place at 3809 Amesbury be another of Heigl’s houses? We doubt it. But, it unquestionably belongs to a celeb.
Here are some quick details on the house: Built in 1951, the 2,244-square-foot house in Los Feliz sits on a 2.352-acre parcel, according to public records. Features in the house include a ‘U’-shaped floor plan set around a flat lush green yard with trees and hillside views, raised ceilings, wood floors, a new open kitchen, an open family room with a fireplace, a large double master with a sitting area, a bath with a frameless glass shower and a soaking bubble tub, a living room with a fireplace, and a slate patio, according to listing information.
