Which celebrity’s house is this? House #16: 2675 Astral Drive in Los Angeles’ Hollywood Hills, which Daisy Fuentes sold just over a year ago for $2.165M to what appears to be a celebrity

Today’s installment of “Which celebrity’s house is this?” is a home that we have written about previously: the four-bedroom, 4,014-square-foot contemporary-style villa at 2675 Astral Drive that MTV’s Daisy Fuentes sold in September 2006 for $2,165,000. We broke the news of that sale about back in January. However, some recent work that we did — looking at the Pussycat Dolls’ Carmit Bachar (whose new house we wrote about yesterday) and some other Dolls — got us to thinking about who the buyer was of the Astral Drive house, which was built in 1999-2000 and which sits on a private knoll on a 1.66-acre parcel. Records show that the Astral Drive house sold in September 2006 to something called the Dream Home Trust. The trustee of the Dream Home Trust is a financial manager named Scott Adair, who has represented plenty of other celebrities — many of whom are in the music business. These include Rob Zombie, Raymond Herrera, Michelle Branch, Greg Graffin of the band Bad Religion, Justin Warfield of the band She Wants Revenge, DJ (and sometime-Lindsay Lohan pal) Samantha Ronson, DJ Cut Chemist, John Reis, Richard Butler of the Psychedelic Furs, Jim Sellers of the band Stabbing Westward, Tears for Fears’ Curt Smith, comedian Earthquake (Nathaniel Stroman), Wayne Static of the band Static-X, producer Josh Abraham, a Pussycat Dolls’ member, according to public records. We confess that we don’t know who the Dream Home Trust belongs to. However, we have a feeling that someone out there (our good pal the Real Estalker, maybe?) might know. So, readers, how about it?
