The buyer is something called Camisa Trust, and the manager identified on the deed, Jerry Ward, is known for representing celebrities. So, as always, we’re inviting our readers to share with us anything they may have heard about the identity of the buyer of this house, which was built in 1958. The five-bedroom, ranch-style house has 4.5 baths and a pool and sits on a 0.88-acre lot, according to public records. Other features include a “formal floorplan,” custom details, a gourmet kitchen and “lush grounds,” according to listing information.

The seller was not a celebrity. The transaction sold on August 13 and was recorded on October 9, according to public records.
