Which celebrity's house is this? House #14: 2226 N. Berendo Street in Los Angeles' Los Feliz area, which sold in August for $2.55M to the Poozer Loser Trust
Today we resurrect the long-dormant “Which celebrity’s house is this?” feature by highlighting a home sale that took place in August but that wasn’t recorded until September 21: the $2,550,000 purchase of the 3,690-square-foot house at 2226 N. Berendo Street in Los Angeles’ Los Feliz area by something called the Poozer Loser Trust.

There’s no doubt in our minds that a celebrity was the buyer of this two-bedroom house, which was built in 1922. The trust’s name alone jumps out at us as being the kind of whimsical name that only a celebrity (and a wacky one at that) would conjure up.
The four-bedroom, Southern Colonial-style house has three and a half baths, high ceilings, dark wood floors, large crown moldings, a large living room with a fireplace, a formal dining room, and a den with a built-in entertainment center with French doors to a rear veranda, according to listing information. Other features include a grand gourmet kitchen with industrial appliances and a breakfast area, French doors leading from the kitchen to the yard, a “splash” pool and spa, a gated driveway and a two-car garage, according to listing information.
The house had been listed for $2,719,000.
So, readers, whose house is this? Does anyone have any ideas?
