Which celebrity’s house is this? House #6: 12120 Laurel Terrace Drive in Los Angeles’ Studio City neighborhood

Today’s installment of “Which celebrity’s house is this?” involves this three-bedroom, 1,643-square-foot house at 12120 Laurel Terrace in Los Angeles’ Studio City neighborhood. It sold on February 7 for $1,085,000 to something called the E P A R P Trust, leading us to wonder: is this a celebrity’s house?

The trust’s manager, Sean Maher, does not have his name on the real-estate deeds of other celebrities, necessarily, but something about this sale leads us to at least wonder if this modest home belongs to a celebrity. So, we’re open to suggestions from any of our readers as to whose house this might be.

Built in 1939, the traditional-style house, which is located south of Ventura Boulevard, has modern upgrades, according to listing information. Features in the house include two full baths, an addition of a master suite and spa tub in 2004, upgraded electrical and plumbing, hardwood floors, coved ceilings, wainscoting, French doors, and two patios, according to listing information.

Check out listing information for the house—plus a photo.

Thanks!
Drew.
