Built in 2000 and situated on a minuscule, 0.05-acre parcel, the house on Groveland Drive had been listed for $1,595,000. Features in the house, which was designed by the Offenhauser/Mekeel architectural firm, include large, loft-like public rooms, high ceilings, polished concrete floors, extra-large French doors, a fireplace in the living room and an open-plan gourmet kitchen, according to listing information. Other features include a large master suite on the top floor, a large roof deck with an exterior fireplace and panoramic views of the city and the hills, according to listing information.
