Vera Wang reportedly prepares to list her apartment on Park Avenue in Manhattan for around $35 million, and move into her late parents’ duplex just two blocks away
This morning, the New York Post’s fine celebrity real estate columnist Braden Keil reports that designer Vera Wang and her husband are preparing to list her 12-room apartment in the 18-story, English Renaissance-style building at 778 Park Avenue in Manhattan and move into her late parents’ duplex co-op apartment just two blocks south at 740 Park Avenue.

It’s not clear when Wang, 58, purchased the six-bedroom co-op unit at 778 Park Avenue that she’s now going to list. Her father, who died last year at age 87, purchased the co-op unit at 740 Park Avenue in 1983, Keil reported.
It is clear, however, that 740 is an even more prestigious address than 778, given that residents at 740 have included John D. Rockefeller Jr., Henry R. Kravis and the late Steven Ross of Warner Communications.
Flat fee listings are a tool that can help you get wide exposure for your home.
