Tori Spelling *apparently* places her 3,300-square-foot house in Los Angeles’ Westwood area on the market — just a short time after buying it; house not yet in the MLS, which means that her agents leaked it to the L.A. Times ahead of time

Actress Tori Spelling has apparently has placed her 3,300-square-foot house in Los Angeles’ Westwood area on the market for $2,395,000. We write “apparently,” because although the listing has been written about, it still is not yet in the Los Angeles MLS, and it’s highly likely that her listing agents tipped it off to the Los Angeles Times — which broke the story online yesterday of the listing — even before officially dropping it into the MLS. (Don’t pay attention to reports elsewhere about the listing; trust us when we tell you that the Times’ Ann Brenoff was the one who broke the story, presumably through a sweetheart deal with Spelling’s listing agents.)

In any case, we have no photos — yet — of the five-bedroom house, which Tori only has owned a very short time. Records show that Tori’s trust paid $2,275,000 on January 15 (deal recorded on February 12) to purchase the house from a partner with the consulting firm Bain & Co. Built in 1925, the house has three and a half baths, French doors off the main rooms that lead to a manicured lawn, an outdoor dining area with a built-in barbecue, a solar-powered saltwater pool with a Baja shelf and spa, and a master suite with high ceilings, two oversized custom closets and city views, according to public records and the Times’ report. Other features include a custom -designed fireplace in the living room, a formal dining room, a media room, a state-of-the-art sound system, hardwood floors, and a recently upgraded kitchen with imported marble countertops and top-of-the-line appliances, the Times reported. Tori’s house sits on a rather small, 0.15-acre (6,665-square-foot) lot, according to public records.

In the meantime, what else has Tori owned previously? This information is not on celebrityaddressaerial.com (which fast has become one of our favorite websites), but Tori owned the 4,226-square-foot house at 9366 Flicker Way in the Bird Streets area of Los Angeles’ Hollywood Hills from 1999 until 2002. Tori paid $2,550,000 in late 1999 through her Flicker Way Trust for that house, according to public records. Tori then turned around and sold that house in late 2002 — after razing its kitchen — for an amount that we couldn’t find in public records, but which the Los Angeles Times’ Ruth Ryon reported at that time to be “about $3 million.”
