Actor Todd Stashwick, who stars on "The Riches" on the FX network, has paid $1,255,000 for a three-story, 2,682-square-foot house in Los Angeles' Hollywood Hills.
In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on the purchase by Stashwick, 39. Records show that the actor purchased the three-bedroom house from a screenwriter on October 9. The deal was recorded on November 6.
Built in 1922 and originally listed for $1,280,000, Stashwick's new house, at 8458 Ridpath Drive, has something of a celebrity pedigree. Our friends over at the Movieland Directory reveal that actor Nick Castle had lived in the house back in the 1990s. And, public records show that character actor Jeff Perry and his wife had owned the house until selling it in 2003 for $885,000, according to public records.
Features in Stashwick's new house include three and a half baths, a living room that receives a lot of natural light, a large family room with a fireplace that opens to a deck, a formal dining room, a master suite with a fireplace and deck on the entire top floor, a kitchen with a Viking stove, and landscaped, multi-level gardens, according to listing information. The house sits on a 0.14-acre parcel, according to public records.

This isn't the first home that Stashwick has owned in the Los Angeles area. Records show that he paid $269,000 in 2003 for a 1,222-square-foot condominium unit in North Hollywood. He still owns that unit, according to public records.
