Actor Terry O'Quinn, who plays John Locke on ABC-TV's "Lost," is asking $2,940,000 for his five-bedroom house in Haleiwa, Hawaii, and has paid $630,000 for a town house in a suburb of Baltimore, Maryland.
O'Quinn, whose legal name is Terrance Quinn, had been a longtime resident of Maryland before moving to Hawaii--like many other "Lost" cast members--in 2005. O'Quinn and wife Lori paid $2,050,000 for the house that they're now selling. The house's exact size is up for debate; Honolulu County property records state that it is 3,759 square feet, while listing information states that it's 5,335 square feet and the Real Estalker, who gave a nice write-up on O'Quinn's house on Wednesday, reported that it's 4,335 square feet.
In any case, O'Quinn now is selling the house, which sits on 1.18 acres, and is putting down roots back in Maryland. Features in the Hawaii house, which was built in 1974, include a main house with three private entrances, a master bedroom with an office, a large family room, a fireplace, and a workout room, according to listing information. Other features on the property include ocean views, a pool and a guest cottage with rental income and a service entrance, according to listing information.
And in a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report that O'Quinn paid $630,000 in November to purchase a two-story town house in the Pebble Creek section of the Lutherville-Timonium area of Baltimore County, Maryland, according to public records. Unfortunately, no listing information is available online about O'Quinn's new town house. Public records show that the three-bedroom town house was built in 1992, has three baths and one half bath, a two-car garage and measures 2,872 square feet.
