Retired tennis star Steffi Graf has placed her four-bedroom, 3,010-square-foot, Mediterranean Revival-style home on Hibiscus Island in Miami Beach, Fla. on the market for $3,500,000.

The Wall Street Journal’s “Private Properties” column today reported on Graf’s listing of the home at 81 N. Hibiscus Drive in Miami Beach, which the 38-year-old wife of Andre Agassi purchased in 2001 for $1,315,000, according to public records, shortly before she and Agassi were married.

Built in 1935, the house is being marketed as a potential renovation or even a teardown. Features in the two-story home include five baths, 60 feet of water frontage, a pool and a dock, according to listing information. Hibiscus Island is just five minutes from downtown Miami.
