Today, the New York Post's fine celebrity real estate columnist Braden Keil reports that supermodel Gisele Bundchen has reduced the asking price of her 1,704-square-foot triplex apartment in Manhattan's West Village from $10,900,000 to $9,200,000, while supermodel Natalia Vodianova has discounted the listing price of her eight-room, sixth-floor penthouse in New York City's TriBeCa area from $11,000,000 to $9,900,000.
We wrote about Bundchen's listing back on September 29, after virtually all other celebrity real-estate columnists had weighed in on the listing. Reports are that Bundchen recently moved in to a town house in Manhattan's West Village, but it's unclear as of yet if she's renting or owning.
We wrote about Vodianova's listing back on June 14. Public records call her unit 4,110 square feet, while news accounts and listing information report that the Reade Street unit measures 5,000 square feet.
We'll keep you posted on how these two listings shake out.
