Gwen Stefani has sold her five-bedroom, Mediterranean-style house in Los Angeles' Los Feliz neighborhood for its $4,795,000 asking price to bombastic TV show creator Mark Brazill, according to public records and the Los Angeles Times.

Back on April 2, we followed the lead of the Real Estalker in writing about Stefani's listing, which came about because she's finally moved into a gated, 9,001-square-foot mansion in the Summit neighborhood in the Beverly Hills post office, which she purchased in August 2006 for $13,250,000 through her Von Trapp, according to public records.

Now, as the Los Angeles Times reported on Sunday, Stefani has sold her 4,926-square-foot house at 2566 Aberdeen Avenue in Los Feliz to Mark Brazill, who co-created "That '70s Show." Brazill probably is most known for a toxic e-mail exchange in 2002 with screenwriter and director Judd Apatow, which included Brazill accusing Apatow of plagiarizing his sketch ideas, wanting Apatow to "die in a fiery accident and taste (his) own blood," and closing one e-mail to Apatow with "get cancer," according to Harper's Magazine. One wonders what kinds of e-mails Brazill might write to Stefani if he finds out, for example, that the house has mold or that a doorknob somewhere is broken!

Despite what the Times wrote, we haven't yet been able to independently confirm the sale price. We can confirm the sale, but not the sale price just yet. When the sale price clears public records, we'll provide it for you here.
