Socialite/singer/songwriter/actress/professional celebrity Anouska De Georgiou pays $1.18M for a four-plex in Los Angeles' Grove area, just weeks after paying $1.167M for a newly remodeled, Spanish-style house in L.A.'s Fairfax/WeHo area
British socialite/model/telecom heiress/singer/songwriter/actress/professional celebrity Anouska De Georgiou has paid $1,180,000 for a four-unit apartment building in Los Angeles’ Grove area, just a couple of months after she paid $1,167,000 for a newly remodeled, three-bedroom, Spanish-style house in Los Angeles’ Fairfax/WeHo area.

In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on the two purchases by the pretty De Georgiou, who is in her late 20s. Most recently, De Georgiou made the tabloids over the summer for gallivanting around the beach with ‘Prison Break’ stud Amaury Nolasco.

De Georgiou’s new 3,900-square-foot apartment building had been listed for $1,249,000. Features in the two-story building at 429 N. Stanley Avenue, which contains four one-bedroom units, include wood floors throughout and full renovations of the two lower units, including new kitchen cabinets and granite counters, according to listing information. The building was erected in 1925, according to public records. De Georgiou closed on the purchase of the building on August 14, but the deal wasn’t recorded until October 24.
Built in 1924, De Georgiou’s new house in Los Angeles’ Fairfax/WeHo area is located near the trendy Melrose/design district and has new hardwood and tile floors throughout, three baths, large closets, a large master bedroom and bath, an architecturally significant Batchelder fireplace, and a two-car garage with extra storage, according to listing information. Originally listed for $1,275,000 and later reduced to $1,250,000, the 1,498-square-foot house sits on a tiny, 0.15-acre parcel, according to public records.
Unfortunately, we don’t at the moment have a photo of De Georgiou’s new house in Fairfax/WeHo, which she purchased on June 1 (with the deal being recorded on June 14).
