Singer-songwriter Ruben Blades lists his 3,743-square-foot house in Los Angeles’ Windsor Square area for $2.65M
Panamanian salsa singer-songwriter (and Panama minister of tourism!) Ruben Blades has placed his five-bedroom house in Los Angeles’ Windsor Square area on the market for $2,650,000.
In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on Blades’ listing of his longtime house, which came on the market on Feb. 27.
Built in 1924, the 3,743-square-foot house has four and a half baths, a master suite with three closets, a center hall plan, a living room with a fireplace, a den/family room with French doors leading outside, a dining room with a stained glass window, an eat-in gourmet kitchen, hardwood floors, and an attic storage room over the garage, according to public records and listing information. Outdoor features on the 0.22-acre (9,727-square-foot) lot include a vine-covered porch, a pool, and a dining patio with a barbecue and a fire pit, according to public records and listing information.
Blades, 60, purchased the house in 2001 for $1,450,000, according to public records.
We have no idea why Blades has placed the house on the market — or, where he is off to. When we find out (and also, of course, when this house sells), we will certainly provide those details here.
