Sasha Madron (Sly’s ex) lists her 3,405-square-foot house in Los Angeles’ Hollywood Hills for $2.495M

Sasha Madron, who was married to Sylvester Stallone from 1974 until 1985, has listed her 3,405-square-foot house in Los Angeles’ Hollywood Hills for $2,495,000.

In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on Sasha’s listing of the four-bedroom house, which she purchased in December 2003 for $1,820,000, according to public records. The house came on the market on November 3.

Built in 1980, Sasha’s house has three and a half baths, an open floor plan, large windows, a step-down living room with a stone fireplace, hardwood floors throughout, a master suite with a fireplace, and a kitchen with a center island, stainless steel appliances and an eat-in area, according to public records and listing information. Outdoor features on the 0.52-acre (22,516-square-foot) lot include a patio, a pool and a spa, according to public records. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac, almost butting up against Mulholland Drive, which wraps around the cul-de-sac on two sides. The neighborhood is surprisingly celebrity-free, however.

Madron has owned lots of Los Angeles-area real estate over the years, and has done a variety of deals with celebrities. She typically owns in celebrity enclaves. Some of her past properties include:

–An 11,000-square-foot mansion on 4.853 acres in the Beverly Park neighborhood that Faith Hill and Tim McGraw currently have on the market for $14,800,000; Madron, who had bought the mansion in 1991 for $5,000,000, according to public records, sold the mansion to Hill and McGraw in 2003 for $6,200,000, according to public records (Madron’s ex, Sylvester Stallone, lives in Beverly Park);

–A 4,118-square-foot house at 7800 Oceanus Drive in Los Angeles’ Hollywood Hills that she purchased in 2003 for $1,350,000 and that she sold in 2004 for $1,742,500, according to public records;

–A 1,742-square-foot house at 7847 Torreyson Drive in Los Angeles’ Hollywood Hills that she purchased in 2003 for $600,000 and that she sold to director Vincent Gallo in 2004 for an undisclosed amount (Gallo sold the property in early 2005 for $775,000), according to public records;
