Sasha Madron, who was married to Sylvester Stallone from 1974 until 1985, has listed her 3,405-square-foot house in Los Angeles' Hollywood Hills for $2,495,000.
In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on Sasha's listing of the four-bedroom house, which she purchased in December 2003 for $1,820,000, according to public records. The house came on the market on November 3.
Built in 1980, Sasha's house has three and a half baths, an open floor plan, large windows, a step-down living room with a stone fireplace, hardwood floors throughout, a master suite with a fireplace, and a kitchen with a center island, stainless steel appliances and an eat-in area, according to public records and listing information. Outdoor features on the 0.52-acre (22,516-square-foot) lot include a patio, a pool and a spa, according to public records. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac, almost butting up against Mulholland Drive, which wraps around the cul-de-sac on two sides. The neighborhood is surprisingly celebrity-free, however.
