Russian supermodel Natalia Vodianova lists Manhattan penthouse for $11M
Russian supermodel Natalia Vodianova has listed her sixth-floor penthouse in downtown Manhattan for $11 million.
Vodianova, 25, inherited the eight-room unit in New York City’s TriBeCa neighborhood after marrying her husband, real-estate heir Justin Portman, who had purchased the unit for $2,291,500 in 1999, according to public records. Features in the three-bedroom unit, which is at 72 Reade Street and which spans an entire block, include three and a half baths, an eat-in kitchen, dark wide-planked wood floors, a solarium, a wide-open floor plan, 12-foot ceilings, an indoor reflecting pool, custom built-in furniture, a chef’s kitchen, an Eastern terrace, a Southern terrace, and an infinity-edge soaking pool on the Northern terrace, according to listing information.
The unit measures 4,110 square feet, according to public records. Among the objects adorning the walls of the penthouse is a topless model shot of none other than Vodianova herself, according to listing information!
The New York Post’s Braden Keil broke the story today of Vodianova’s listing. The paper reported that Vodianova and Portman are relocating to London.
