Blockshopper.com appears to have broken the story on Monday of Anthony’s listing of the five-bedroom house in the Silent Ranch Estates area of Glendora, which has been on the market since June 11.

Built in 1989 — by Anthony, it appears — the house has seven baths, a porte-cochere with a fountain, a formal ceiling with floor-to-ceiling wood and a marble surround fireplace, a family room with a bar and a custom copper ceiling, and a newly remodeled, dual-toned custom kitchen with two islands (one of which contains refrigeration drawers, a prep sink and a butcher block top) and a 140-gallon fish tank, according to public records and listing information. Outdoor features on the 0.63-acre (27,338-square-foot) lot, include a resort-style backyard, a saltwater beach entry rock pool that is built into the hillside, a six-car garage, and a two-bedroom guest quarters with one bath, according to public records and listing information.

We have no idea where Anthony may be off to. We will of course keep you posted as we learn more. Take a look at this past post of ours from March 2008 for a rundown of where Anthony’s former Van Halen brothers bandmates have lived.

Micheal Anthony also owns a 4-bed, 3-bath, 2,142 sq ft home nearby on N. Vecino Ave. I’m not sure what he uses it for.
